bol api issue, missing orders

currently the api of bol seems to have issues, for some customers new orders are not coming in since yesterday, we have contacted bol, as soon as the problem is fixed the orders will come in again.

there is no news yet from bol, but you can keep an eye out on their status pages:

update 8:37 bol is investigating and will resolve the issue:

please note, if you process the missing orders from bol then we can no longer import them (because they are no longer shown as OPEN)
if you want to process them already, please send us a list of order numbers so we can import them for you manually
