orders without email not importing shopify

currently shopify does not accept any orders without a customer email address.

to import the failed orders you can enable email import in the app settings:



or set a dummy email in the connection settings:

you can enter any email address in the dummy email, but if you dont want every order to be linked to the same customer, you can enter order_number and we will generate an or**********@ma*********.com address (for instance 11************@am****.com )

after you set up one of the options, you can then retry importing any failed orders from today.

We are investigating, if we can any feedback from shopify we will let you know.
