Issue with amazon connection

in the previous night (june 10 2026) there was an issue with fetching new tokens from amazon. this lead to amazon connections to be deactivated in our app, we are currently restoring the connections for all stores, and making sure everything was the way it was before the issue occured.

Update: issue with manually linked products — resolved

On June 10th, an issue with amazon connections in our app caused a number of manually linked products to lose their product links. As a result, some products were temporarily
disconnected from their marketplace listings, which could have affected stock and order syncing for those items.

Once we identified the problem, we restored the affected product links from a backup taken just before the issue occurred. The fix has been applied, and the
vast majority of affected products are now linked again exactly as they were before.

What we ask of you: if you have ever linked products manually in the app, we encourage you to take a moment and verify that your products are still linked
correctly. In most cases everything will be back to normal, but because some links were created or changed around the time of the issue, a small number of
products may need to be re-linked by hand.

If you find a product that is not linked correctly, you can simply re-link it in the app. If anything looks off or you have questions, please reach out to
our support team, we’re happy to help.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We’ve also taken steps to prevent this from happening again
