Change a price in Shopify and the marketplace follows. Add a markup per connection to price each channel differently, convert currencies on the fly, and see every price we ever sent.
- Markup per connection
Percentage, fixed amount, or both, with rounding to clean amounts. The connection settings show worked examples so you know exactly what lands on the marketplace.
- Currency conversion
Sell in EUR, list in PLN or GBP. Conversions use the day’s rate and are rounded to clean amounts.
- Bundles handled properly
A bundle’s price is distributed across the items inside it, so a bundle sold on a marketplace shows correct line prices and tax in Shopify.
- Full price history
Every price we sent, when, and whether the marketplace accepted it, in the new Price updates tab.

Orders are the heart of Market Sync. This year they got cancellations in both directions, shipped-order import, currency conversion and a set of settings that let you decide how an order should look in Shopify.
Cancellations in both directions
A customer cancels on bol, Amazon or Allegro and the Shopify order is cancelled too, with stock released. Cancel in Shopify and Amazon or bol hear about it.
Import shipped orders
Orders you fulfilled on the marketplace side, including FBA and LVB, now land in Shopify for complete reporting.
Import by order number
Something went wrong on the marketplace? Paste the order number and re-import it on the spot.
Order currency conversion
Convert marketplace orders into your store currency at the day’s rate, with the original currency kept on the order.
Original marketplace order date
Choose whether Shopify shows the moment the customer ordered on the marketplace, or the import time. Applies to every import path.
Autopilot per connection
Keep autopilot on for your shop but pause automatic import for a single marketplace, for example during a stock take.
Merge address lines
One setting to combine street and house number into a single line for carriers that need it.
Richer order detail
Order tax, marketplace metadata, shipment type and phone number are visible on the order. Open the linked product from the order line.
Smarter product matching
Amazon and bol orders match the right product by SKU or EAN, even with duplicate items or unusual identifiers.
Hear about problems before your customers do
Tracking that never reached the marketplace is the fastest way to a bad review. Market Sync now watches for it and tells you, along with failed imports and connection changes.
- Tracking monitoring
Get an email when an order should have shipped but the marketplace has no tracking yet. Grouped per sales channel, with a dynamic alert window so overnight orders do not wake you up.
- Failed import notifications
If an order cannot be imported into Shopify, you know within minutes, including why.
- Connection on and off
Whenever a marketplace connection is activated or deactivated, you and the people you choose are notified, so a silent connection never goes unnoticed.
- Quieter inbox
Repeated warnings for the same issue are grouped. Cancelled and archived orders never trigger alerts.
A support assistant that can actually look into your account
The live chat in Market Sync is now connected to your account through a secure, read-only link. When you ask why an order did not import, the assistant checks the real error, your settings and your failed orders, and explains what to do. Around the clock, also when our team is offline.

- Real answers, not guesses
The assistant reads the actual import error, the list of failed orders, your shop settings and your billing status, so the first reply already contains the cause and the fix.
- Understands autopilot
It knows why an order is waiting: autopilot off for that connection, an unlinked product, a paused channel, or a marketplace that has not confirmed yet.
- Safe by design
Every request is signed and tied to your shop. The assistant can read and explain, never change settings or orders without you.

Not on Shopify? Install the Market Sync plugin on your WooCommerce store, connect it from the plugin’s own page, and you get the same marketplace catalogue, order import and tracking sync.

Add the Market Sync plugin to WordPress and open the Market Sync menu in your admin.
Connect your store
One click links your store. Your catalogue is pulled in automatically, and product changes arrive through webhooks from then on.
Sell on marketplaces
Link or unlink products to marketplace listings from the Products page, import orders and push tracking, exactly like on Shopify.
Products that explain themselves
Why is this product at 0 stock on Amazon? When did the price change on bol? The Products page now answers those questions, and matching rules can differ per marketplace.
- Stock and price history
Two new tabs show what was sent to which marketplace, from which source, and whether it was confirmed, for the last 48 hours.
- Sync method per connection
Match products by SKU on one marketplace and by EAN on another. Switching methods cleans up old links for you.
- Manual links are sacred
Products you linked by hand are never overwritten by an automatic match and never deleted by a catalogue refresh.
- Nicer to work with
Click anywhere on a row to open a product, search waits for you to finish typing, choose how many products per page, export to CSV, and the unlinked tab counts correctly.
Connect bol.com in a few clicks with single sign-on
No more copying client IDs and secrets from the bol Partner Platform. Pick bol, log in with your bol retailer account, approve Market Sync, and you are connected. Existing connections keep working exactly as they were.
- Log in, approve, done
You are sent to bol.com to log in with your retailer account and allow access. Market Sync receives a token, never your password.
- No API credentials needed
Credentials still work for sellers who prefer them. Both paths end up in one bol connection with identical features: orders, stock, price and tracking.
- Valid for a year

Smaller things you will notice
Tracking is only marked as synced once the marketplace confirms it, so nothing is silently lost. bol, Amazon and eBay shipments follow the same confirmed-or-retry flow.
Carrier names are recognised: PostNL variants and “Other” carriers are resolved from the tracking number, and bol receives the carrier name it expects.
Otto tracking syncs every hour, and Otto return tracking is optional per connection.
Stock is pushed on a fixed schedule as a safety net next to live webhook updates.
Amazon order imports respect rate limits with automatic back-off, so bursts of orders never stall your import.
Kaufland orders are imported with shipment details and tracking added after a Shopify fulfilment is still sent.
Connection settings tell you what is missing: required fields are highlighted before you save, and the connect form adapts to the marketplace you picked.
A Billing page shows your plan, this cycle’s usage and the expected charge on your next Shopify invoice, line by line, and plan selection was rebuilt.
Faster everywhere: product and order lists load quicker, large catalogues export without stalling, and busy stores run on their own queue so a big import never slows a small one.
